This museum is located on 'Teen Murti Road' near Chanakyapuri in Delhi and it is the residence of Jawaharlal Nehru, also known as 'Teen Murti Bhavan'. this historical place has been converted into a museum afterwards. In this museum the photographs as well as the newspaper clips, displayed fascinates one by the history of the Indian independence movement.
There is a 'Jyoti Jawahar' means a torch which is symbol of the eternal Pandit Neharu's inspiration and one granite rock has extracts from Neharu's historical speech at midnight on 14th to 15th August in 1947 carved on it. Historical films as well as a nice sunset one can enjoy here.
This place is open for all with no cost in-between 10 AM. to 5 PM. Here is a planetarium in the grounds with 40 minutes shows and timing is 11.30 AM. and 3 PM., just cost 10 rupees; and a small cafe is also there above that.
