Mukteshwar temple is a Place of worship for lord Shiva. It is on the highest point of the hills. The shiv lingam in the temple is contracted with marble, so this is the main attraction for the devotees. The lingam is surrounded by the idols of the other Gods such as Ganesh, Brahma, Vishnu and Parvati.

Chauti Jaail:

Close to the Mukteshwar temple is the Chauti Jaail. It is a natural unique latticework done on the huge rock. It is said that if women who are not able conceive touch this rock and after that they are blessed with a child.

Indian Veterinary Institute:

It was built-in the year 1898; it is wonderfully built-in colonial style. Here there are different departments for research such as animal nutrition, bacteriology and genetics. It is the main tourist's attraction of Mukteshwar and a place which should be visited without fail.
